Declan Patrick O’Halloran

Born in Ireland, Declan has worked in Belgium, Saudi Arabia and the United States and has lived for twelve years in Spain. Fluent in several languages including Spanish, he is Allied Realty’s Managing Director.

Patrizia Vercruyce

Born in Belgium, Patrizia is the Managing Director of Allied Realty’s sister company, Marbella Concept. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian, Patrizia has turned Marbella Concept into one of the coast’s leading golf tour-operators. Apart from golf packages, Patrizia also deals with long and short term rentals, car hire and hotel reservations.

Nieves Delgado

A native of Spain, Nieves is fluent in French and English. A very capable administrator, Nieves ensures that information flows correctly through Allied Realty’s office. Her excellent communications skills also make her our clients’ principal troubleshooter.

Muriel Benali

Of French origin, Muriel is fluent in English and Spanish. Muriel completes the office team assisting in all aspects of its day to day work.

Gerry and Louise Carty

Originally from Ireland, Gerry and Louise have been based in Spain for several years. As sales representatives for Allied Realty, they are responsible for introducing clients to properties in La Duquesa and Casares. They deal directly with all sales enquiries.
